How it works

Henna gives a warm reddish-orange tone.

Indigo, applied after henna, deepens the colour towards brown and dark tones.

The final shade depends on your hair type, your natural hair colour, and how long you leave each step on.

How to use

Step 1: Henna

1. Mix the Henna Powder with warm water to make a smooth, yogurt-like paste. Cover and let it rest for several hours.
2. Apply to clean, dry hair. Leave for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Rinse well with plain water.

Step 2: Indigo

1. Mix the Indigo Powder with warm water just before applying. Do not let it rest.
2. Apply on the same day, directly after rinsing the henna.
3. Leave for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse with plain water.
4. Avoid shampooing for the next 24 to 48 hours.

Tips: Wear gloves. Do a strand test first to check the shade. Use more indigo and a longer time for a deeper tone.

Patch test (important)

Before first use, apply a small amount of the mixed paste behind your ear or on your inner arm and wait 24 to 48 hours. Do not use if you notice any irritation.
